Every staff member was pleasant and understanding. The hotel's position was great, right beside a metro line. Plus, we stayed at a walking distance from The Cavern Club.

Appreciated the stay, it was perfectly pleasant on vacation to Porto. The staff was excellent, the breakfast was varied, everything was really good. We stayed in a superior junior suite which was large and functional. Our accommodation was set in a central location really close to train stations as well as a nice bakery where service.

The breakfast was more than adequate and extensive with fresh bread, cheese, omelette and frequently replenished. The location was central, amazing to far away from main attractions. Found time to see Bournemouth Beach, that's within a close distance from the property. Appreciated our stay, and can recommend the hotel.
